The auditorium features the following equipment:
- Two laptops, including one with Japanese configuration and Japanese font, connected to the internet.
- White screen and beamer
- Microphones
- Overhead projector (OHP)
Coffee breaks inside the Istituto Giapponese di Cultura, lunch and dinner in the vicinity of the Istituto Giapponese di Cultura.

Note: Lunch during the conference will not be pre-arranged. Everybody is invited to select the restaurant of his liking to have lunch from a list of recommended restaurants. Sessions will end at about 12.30 h. in order to give everyone the opportunity to be at a restaurant before 13.00 h, which is rush time for lunch in Italy.
Do not forget that September is a conference month and that Rome is crowded. Be sure to book transport and accommodation before long.
